蜂巢转轮的主体由陶瓷及有机添加剂制成之陶质蜂巢构成再以分子筛及矽胶基本材料经高温结晶使之表面坚硬并强力吸附蜂巢内部故不会如同一般筒装或转盘式分子筛老化后产生粉粒随干燥风吹入干燥桶污染塑料 , 而且蜂巢传输之寿命无限制又可以清洗不像一般分子即易于饱和或老化必须经常更换 , 潮湿回风穿过蜂巢传输的无数小孔时水份将迅速被分子筛吸收故当它离蜂巢时已被完全除温并达到非常较低之露点的干燥风再生与除湿原理相似而且同时进行只是再生风流向相反。
The main body of the honeycomb wheel is made of ceramic and organic additives made of ceramic honeycomb, which is then made of molecular sieve and silicone basic materials through high-temperature crystallization to make the surface hard and strongly adsorb the interior of the honeycomb. Therefore, it will not produce powder particles after aging like ordinary cylindrical or rotary molecular sieve, which will be blown into the drying bucket by the drying air to pollute the plastic. Moreover, the lifespan of the honeycomb transmission is unlimited and can be cleaned. Unlike ordinary molecules, which are easy to saturate or age, they must be replaced frequently. When the humid return air passes through the countless small holes of the honeycomb transmission, the water will be quickly absorbed by the molecular sieve. Therefore, when it leaves the honeycomb, it has been completely warmed and reaches a very low dew point. The princi?ple of drying air regeneration and dehumidification is similar, and the regeneration air flow is opposite at the same time.
